Header moves, when opening the menu-toggle

Hey!
On *Login to see link i have the issues, that whenever i use the menu-toggle in the upper right, the header moves a bit to the left. I guess, thats because the scrollbar is deactivated because of the menu-overlay?
Is there a way to fix this, as it is quite annoying for the user.
