Header Height

Hello,
I am having a problem with my header height. For some reason the height is different on my home page and my “How it Works – Packaging and Pricing” page, and all other pages. I prefer it to be just slightly bigger than the logo (a tiny bit of white space above and below logo) and consistent on every page. Can’t seem to figure out why it’s not consistent now. I’m currently using a Standard/Sticky Header.
