Grey lines in Kadence starter template

Hi,
I’m evaluating Kadence for my company and using this starter template: *Login to see link
What are the faint grey lines I have arrowed, please? Is it a part of the template styling or some sort of guides that go away once published?
Basically, I’d like them those lines to not be there, so I’d welcome any help in removing them.
