Google fonts for home page text

Hey, We are trying to get the google font ‘Allura’ like the welcome ‘image’ but use fonts instead and also for the other headings on mimiemmanuel.com

I did not feel confident editing the head section to add the google fonts info in, because I couldn’t find it and didn’t want to throw it in the css editor section, cause if it wasn’t right I fear I will clog up the system.
So I installed a google font plugin
problem one I don’t know which fonts are header 1,2,3 so its all trial and error to find what make a change to what
problem two this plug in doesn’t make a change to the fonts like mimis story which are coming from a page builder text widget
I added the font type css to the attributes section in the page builder but obviously that doesn’t work, unless the computer has the font installed.
