Gap Between Slider Revolution and Header on Mobile/ Tablet

Hello,
There is a gap between slider revolution on mobile (looks like it should be where the title should be). I’ve input some CSS so that the slider changes the image on tablet and mobile. However, there is an obvious gap between the slider and the header on mobile and tablet.
I would reduce the margin within the row, but this would subsequently affect the gap for the slider on the desktop home page.
