I have created a menu for my website and tagged it to appear in the footer. Each main item in the menu contains several sub items.

I have added the Footer Navigation to the Footer, however the menu only displays the top level items, and not the sub items.

How can I get the sub items to appear? I would like the menu to display the sub items under each main item in a permanently displayed list (not a drop-down).
