Error Importing

I cannot install the package kadence-starter-templates because the import is not working.
In the server logs, I found the following error
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function read() on bool in wp-content/plugins/kadence-starter-templates/wxr-importer/WXRImporter.php:357, referer: https://****.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=kadence-starter-templates
