Hi
We noticed that the part of the Customer order complete confirmation email for subscriptions which can be found in subscription-info.php is not accessible to edit vie the front end interface.
Moreover when we edited that section directly in the subscription-info.php file, it was not reflected in the emails. We want to rename the word “Subscription” to “Recurring Payment” so that the wording also works for Installments. But even editing the template directly didn’t seem to work.
Would you have any advice on what exactly we need to do to change the wording in that email section?
