Domain will expired, sites still exist?

Hi Ben,
Hope u are well. My domain will get expired next month and i will not to continue to online. One thing i just curious is whether my sites structure on your theme in the wordpress platform still exist? so i can use it in the future in case i will buy new domain or extend it. Sorry im not Tech person; therefore need some information to get this clear. thanks for ur help
