Disable or enable Transparant header with Row Layout

Hi Kadence,
Using Kadence Theme Kadence.
One thing that bugs me is, that when I use Row layout block from Kadence, and it is set to be a Transparant header by defauult (using your starter template), I can not simply go to the Customizer/Heade/Transparant header and enable vs disable the transparant header. And by using a starter template where Kadence designed to use ROw Layout / with an effect of Transparant header, I tend to forget where I edit this. I can not easily find it in the customizer. And when I select the Row Layout block in question / go to right pane to Background Settings not Background Overlay settings.
Ideas?
