Disable Magnific Popup on whole site

Hello,
is there a way to disable ‘magnific popup’ within the virtue theme or within the site using it?
I am trying to use Magic Zoom Plus with my virtue theme site and the magnific popup is interfering with it – I have disabled NextGen Gallery and Cyclone slider (which use it) but it still seems to be there in the background….
Also has anyone had experience using Magic Zoom or Magic Zoom Plus with virtue – it is Amazon style zooming I am after for the site…. I am interested in seeing if anyone accomplished this, what it looks like and any recommended plugins, if MagicZoomPlus doesn’t work out.
