Different Blocks for Mobile vs Desktop

Is there a way to display a block for desktop and, in the same area, hide that block for mobile and display a different one? I can do this with CSS and viewport settings, but I was wondering if there is anything built into Kadence Blocks. The goal is to display a video background for desktop with no text over it, and for mobile to display a static image background with a text block. Thanks.
