Desktop view: wrong logo margin/padding bottom

Hello, please see this 2 screenshots:
1) *Login to see link (normal header view)
2) *Login to see link (sticky header view)
i have setup the theme options but i have always problem with logo margin/padding bottom.
The problem is only on desktop view.
Follow a private reply with login data.
Please help me.
