Customise Search Page for Null Items

Hi I have a weird request, is there a way to customise the search results page when nothing is found. At the moment if the search term is not on the web it says “Sorry, no results were found’ is it possible to customise that text and potentially add html, or to add other styling on the results page. In effect I want to give people other options when no result is found?
