CSS to target Primary Menu Tab font color on hover

This is not a software issue. Virtue is working fine.
I need the CSS code to target the Primary Menu Font cover on hover. I know where the parm is on both Customize and Theme Options but neither is taking effect. I suspect I am overriding the color with my own CSS but darned if I can find it.
