CSS to make slide-up add-to-cart permanent on media query

Hi guys,
This is basically the same request I had on the Ascend theme forum. I have the add-to-cart set to slide up on hover but I need the CSS for that block to throw into a media query so I can leave it to slide for desktop and have it always display for touch screen devices.
