Could 'vq' param be added to kad_youtube shortcode

Hi Ben,
we use the kad_youtube shortcode to embed youtube videos, e.g. at *Login to see link At the moment the video quality setting is always “automatically” calculated by youtube …and it’s lower than we would like. There’s a parameter for setting this called vq, please see *Login to see link
Unfortunately, see kad_youtube does not allow this param. Would it be possible to add vq to the shortcode and just passing it on into the youtube iframe?
