compatability issue with template file

Hello it seems the template file: virtue_premium/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php is out of date. Unless it is updated any product with a variation spews an error “No products found which match your selection.”
If the template file is updated with the woocommerce file as suggested here: *Login to see link Then the add to cart button is missing.
How can I fix this please?
On another note its worth mentioning that the following other templates (below) are also out of date but replacing those completely screws up the shop as no images are shown and the styling is all messed up.
virtue_premium/woocommerce/content-product.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,
