Comment Background and Font Color

Hi Ben,
I don’t seem to be able to find the appropriate css code to change the font and background colors for the blog comments. Right now, my page/post content background is black, the font colour is white. But in the blog posts comment area the font and text area background is showing up black-on-black. I don’t see any settings for this in the theme options or customizer.
