Checkbox pre-seleced which I dont want it to be

Hi Kadence,
For a site I made for a client I set up a contact page. No plugins, just the standard contact page using your settings with Kadence theme (the one called “Kadence Theme”).
(I make a private post so Kadence staff can see the linked page)
What I don’t seem to fix is to disable the ticked checkbox setting so it is not already selected. When People surf to the contact page, the see that Checkbox in blue already selected. I need it to NOT be selected at the start. I need them to understand they need to accept the GDPR/Cookie policy before hitting the submit button.
Now I have tried I believe all settings but just don’t seem to find the settings needed. Any ideas?
