Changing page title background colour

Hi team,
Examaple:

On this page I can click edit page, and change the formatting and options I need.
On this: *Login to see link
I cannot click edit page, onlt edit category which takes me to the wordpress backend.
For whatever reason there is white behind the title text, even though the background colour settings are the cream colour we’re using.
Please advise how I can edit the background colour.
