changing background color on contact form

can you tell me how to add this css to the back of my contact form:
{background-color: rgba(255,255,255,.9);
border-radius: 25px;
padding:10px;}
i am wanting the form to fit into that white rounded box.
you can see the effect i am going for by going to *Login to see link .. i want it to be like the box to the left of it.
