Change “Similar Posts” depending upon category

Hi Team,
I use a carousel of related posts at the bottom of single posts.
The heading “Similar Posts” needs to be different for each category.
E.g. “Other Board members”, “Other Executive Team members” and so on.
I note you are steering people towards using the “Say What?” plugin to modify this heading, but this cannot account for category changes. It is the same all the way through the site.
A while ago, you were kind enough to provide a filter to enable a different heading for each category. This worked well for a site based upon the “Virtue” theme.
Please could you explain what changes would be needed to make the filter work for a website based upon the “Kadence” theme?
