Change mobile menù breakpoint and row height on tablet devices

I have 2 questions:
1) how i can change the mobile menù breakpoint?
2) If you see the text and images page builder rows from tablet and notebook devices i have this bad result (while on desktop and smartphone devices are perfectly aligned): *Login to see link
How i can avoid this?
