Centre Logo with menus either side – spacing

Hello,
I added a logo to the centre of this site:

And at first it was lovely and big with the menu items smaller on each side.
Then I had a play around with different style headers standard, basic, shrink etc and now I have put it back it stays small and I cannot fathom why. I have been trying to alter the CSS as I thought maybe if I increased the size of where the logo is in the header (and decreased the menus either side) that that would do the trick. But I can’t do it!
Any help??
