cant receive email from contact form

Hi Ben/hannah,
Sorry kinda need ur guys help again.
I used the contact form template for contact us page and also I have already set up the email for the contact page email form in the MISC SETTINGS option.
The contact form said sent successfully, yet i dont receive any email of this. I input the right email and it works for wocoomerce email though when i give it test on Easy WP SMTP. please help me to figure it out thank u
