Cannot add 2nd icon – upload only

I am trying to add a 2nd icon under Theme Options – Home Layout – Home Icon Menu and it only allows me to upload an icon, not select an icon from the dropdown list. I was able to select an icon from a dropdown list for the 1st icon.
