Hi Ben and team.

I tried looking but I can’t work out what “menu order” means as an option for blog post ordering.

The reason for asking is that once again I find myself wanting to list blog items in reverse date order and I’m looking for a way to control this rather than by changing the dates.

You might ask why anyone would want “oldest first” but the blog entries are events, so “oldest first” is the same as having the next event at the top.

A shortcode option “rev_date” would be so handy for this…

I could use another plugin but I really don’t want to and if menu_order doesn’t work I will just do the date change trick.

Thanks, Steve
