Aligning logo

1. I try to align the cross in the topbar and the “Dr. Irina-Roxana Cernaianu” with his:

.topbarmenu ul li a {
padding: 0px 0px;
margin-left: 12px;
}

#logo {
margin-left: -30px;
}

…but it resets the text formating in the Header, like color and font-style, etc.
if i save the font formating again (for logo or menu text) the alignment is gone

2. Is it possible to bold just the “Dr.” and the “Cernaianu” in the Text Logo or should i upload an image for the Logo?

3. Under the cross in the top bar is a blue line, like the cross is not covering the hight of the topbar, please help removing it

4. How to position the menu item “Hausarztpraxis – Familienmedizin – Alle Kassen” a bit more to the left ?
