Lifetime updates vs membership

Hi Guys,
First of all, I think your themes and support are fantastic and I am more than happy to update to the recurring membership because of this. But I do have a few queries first….
On purchase of Pinnacle and Virtue, it did say lifetime updates. Will this change if I update to membership and then later don’t resubscribe to membership?
Whilst $75 is not steep for the service you provide a recurring subscription of twice this would be more valuable if there were more themes? (presume the 75 is with the 50% OFF) When are we likely to start seeing more themes being added because of this? I’m excited there are more plugins…. is there anything we can request btw?
If I use themes/ plugins and then don’t in future years continue my membership how will this affect the functionality / license of the used themes after membership ceases?
