Security changing prefixes

I’ve installed Better WP Security and I’m looking over the settings, suggestions. On my website configuration they are saying the the table prefix should not be wp_, and if so it should be changed. An option offered is to let WP Better Security generate a random database prefix value and update all of the tables accordingly.
I’d like to go ahead and do this but first want to know if this would create any conflicts with the theme?
