Header Removal and Topbar Font

Hi Ben,
Just a couple of quick questions. Is there a quick fix to eliminate the header (logo, primary menu, and secondary menu space) from appearing altogether?
Also, what about changing the font style of the topbar menu? I can’t seem to find an option for that.
