Virtue Carousel shows portfolio images different sizes

My homepage carousel images are cropped so that some are square, and some are rectangles.
I wonder, did I accidentally change the setting to masonry? It wasn’t like this yesterday. I’ve been playing around with the settings but I’m not quite sure how to fix it.
Ideally, I’d like them to be square images of the same size.
the carousel title is “Case Studies”
