Switched from Astra to Kadence – overall good, but site feels slow sometimes

Hi,
I recently built a new tool-based website and initially started with the Astra theme. It worked fine, but I decided to switch to Kadence WP because I really liked the design flexibility and cleaner layout options.
Overall, Kadence feels great and I’m happy with how the site looks now. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the site feels a bit slow while loading, especially on first load. It’s not always consistent, but enough to make me wonder if I’m missing some recommended settings or optimizations.
I’m currently using Gutenberg blocks and haven’t added many plugins yet, so I’m not sure if this is theme-related, caching-related, or something else I should check.
