Off-canvas product filters using advanced query block

Hello,
I setup some off-canvas product filters which are okay but it would be much nicer if they used ajax so the page didn’t have to load each time.
I realise this can be achieved using the advanced query block but how do you set it to override all the existing Woocommerce archives like product categories?
