Video Popup Block Not Fully Supporting Vertical Videos?

I planned to use the video popup block to showcase vertical videos (like reels, TikToks, etc.). However, the vertical videos display in a horizontal frame that doesn’t show the full video but instead expands it in the center. Is this a bug, or is it missing functionality?
