Stuff ignored in Content Section

As per my last posting here, I’ve gone the route of the Post Carousel without any active sections and a custom Kadence Element – a Content Section for that carousel.
You can see it in the two-column list *Login to see link here. But: I styled the names in Bold and the e-mail addresses with a mailto link; both seem to be ignored and I have totally no idea why.
