Error with premium theme

Hi,
Today my site crashed and the error is to do with the Premium Virtue theme. Anyone else? I have lost all my changes from the fall.I cannot use the premium theme at all. Currently sight is using the free virtue theme and looks noting close to my site I developed this fall.
Theme error is:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2rgb() (previously declared in /home2/lannie15/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-tiles/post-tiles.php:702) in /home2/lannie15/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium-2/lib/custom.php on line 745
Someone please help! I have tried deleting the theme and reloading it only to get the same error and then it blocks me from getting into Worpdress entirely and then I have to deal with my host – I am at a loss and sad! lol
