Woocommerce New Order emails, based on Shipping

local pizza place website. 1 option is for pick-up another option is for delivery by non-employee ( mini doordash thing)
I see where I can have the notice of a new order go to multiple emails.
“Problem is” we don’t want notice sent to Delivery guy if it’s a take-out/pickup order. They have the option to choose in the cart and during checkout.
That choice currently is set via shipping options.
Looking to trigger a separate email to driver when “Delivery” is checked.
Anyone come across this and have a solution?
