How do I add Breadcrumbs to Kadence? (Breadcrumbs NavXT)

I’m using the Kadence “Online Course” Starter Template.
I saw in other Kadence support threads that you can activate breadcrumbs by going to Appearance > Customize > General > Breadcrumbs
However, no option shows up for Breadcrumbs NavXT (only Yoast, RankMath and SEOPress).
How do I get NavXT to show breadcrumbs on my site?
