how to move homepage content behind header

I see/found how to set a header image for pages and posts, but for the Home Page I want something different. Normally I just use a Video Hero in the page editor and it works but not with this Theme. SO…. How do we NOT USE the default page header image ( Transparent Header Setting) and instead have our Home Page Content appear behind the Transparent Header?
