Display Some text (ROW block) just on the first page of the archive

We are creating a custom archive template where we want to show some custom text below the header just on the first page of the archive. How can we achieve that?
Right now we created a custom elements from Apperance => Elements. and displaying that with following conditions.
Placement : Replace Above Content Hero.
Display Settings:
Show On: Category Archives. And selected that particular category where we want to show that text.
Is there any way we can add condition so that this Row block only gets displayed on first page of the archives??
