Can I uninstall toolkit with Kadence theme

HI,
On my site, I use the Kadence theme, the “Kadence Version: 1.1.8 “. I used to have Ascend years ago. I still have the the Toolkit plugin installed and activated that came with Ascend – updated.

Question: Can I safely unistall this Ascend toolkit plugin? I have had so long now that I am uncertain if it is still needed.
