Featured image to display as header in posts – having a real hard time

Hi, I am trying to move away from Elementor to Gutenberg/Kadence, I am done rebuilding most of the sites and “Posts/blogs” are left to be built in gutenberg/kadence.
One thing I am struggling real hard with, is how to have the featured image, that you add in post, displayed in the header like I have been able to do in elementor: Blog in elementor.
So I am using the Row Layout in kadence, since I want the featured image to display the whole width, and so how am I able to add featured image as a background image to the Row layout:

Or is there other way to do this thats easier? I want the title to also be displayed on top of the featured image awell as contact number.
It is so easy to do it in elementor, but having hard time with this on gutenberg/kadence. I will appreachiate all help I can get.
