Row layout options missing

Hello, I have read a few forum posts that refer to row layout block options that are specific to tablet and mobile but some of the layouts seem to be missing for me. I’ve attached screenshots. I have Kadence Blocks and the Blocks Pro Extension installed, using Kadence Theme.
