Woo Extras Checkout Manager – Custom fields on wrong place

Hello,
I have add custom field NIP im Woo Extras Checkout Manager on site *Login to see link but on order confirmation site NIP is at the bottom. NIP should be below Company name. Moreover telephone and e-mail on confirmation site are not on the left and just below the rest of the data where they should be. How can I fix this?
Similar situalion with NIP is with automatic confirmation e-mails, where NIP also should be under Company name. How can I fix this?
Please help me with this problems, I have attached some screenshots.
