Home Page Giving 500 Internal Server Error

Hello Ben and team.
I haven’t needed to ask a support question for a long time but I’m stuck with this problem. I have a website running Virtue Premium at http://www.tpgcjuniors.co.uk – Admin works fine, all pages work fine (www.tpgcjuniors.co.uk/contact for example), except for the home page which throws up a server 500 error. (I have tried setting a different page to be the home page, no luck).
Wordpress is fully up to date, I have disabled all plugins, I have re-installed the entire theme. If I use a different theme the home page loads fine, except when that theme is Pinnacle, which I also bought from you a while back. That shows the same error. I’m running WordPress 5.5.1, PHP 7.4 and Virtue is up to date.
On the same hosting I have another site running Virtue Premium (www.tauntongolf.co.uk), that’s fine too.
I could ask the hosting support, but they would probably point me in your direction, and I know how helpful you guys are.
I’m not asking you to troubleshoot, but if you could give a “try doing this” suggestion or two it would be appreciated.
