Header and Topbar spacing

1. I want to reduce the white space between the Topbar and the Header. If you scroll down, the header will move up to the topbar. That’s exactly the space I want between the topbar and the header. How do I do that?
2. Is it possible to align-center vertically the Main Menu in the Header? So it would look like it stays in the middle of the logo, as opposed to the upper part of it.
