Need to retrieve lost sliders from backup

I made a copy of my client’s site, where I have been building a new site for them. When it’s done, I will overwrite their current site with the new site, which uses Kadence sliders.

The old site utilized the Revolution Slider plugin, and even though I’m not using those sliders in the new site, I’d like to preserve them for the client.

Unfortunately, before realizing this, I deactivated the Revolution Slider plugin in the new site, and when I reactivated it, it was the latest version, unregistered, with all the sliders gone.

I was able to rollback to the older, registered version by copying the revslider folder from the plugins folder of the live site, but when I exported the sliders from the live site and imported them to the new site, they have no content.

How can I copy the sliders from the old site to the new site? Do i need to copy from the database?

I know this isn’t specifically a Kadence Virtue issue, but thanks if you can help me with this slider issue.
