Secondary menu distortion on Chrome

Hi Team,
Please could you help with this one?
I have developed a site using Firefox as my main browser. Now when I view it in Chrome, the nav bar is partially obscured.
The Potatoes New Zealand development site looks fine with Firefox, but with Chrome, I get this effect:
It’s almost as if the header image is being called 10px too early! Is there a “z” adjustment needed?
